Our gift basket and balloon designs are prepared when ordered.   To make a grand impression, each gift is focused on individually, is hand-made and hand-packaged.   Many of our designs contain enhancements to enrich their presentation.   Prior to delivery or shipping, each design is beautifully finished with decorative cellophane or shrink wrapping, delicately hand-tied with a bow and gorgeous ribbons, presented with a personalized gift card and a lot of detailed attention!!   We take special care in packaging each individual gift to ensure that it arrives at its destination as beautiful as when it left our studio.

Shipping and Delivery Information
To help us give you the best service possible, please ensure the phone number and shipping address provided are correct and they apply to a location where someone is available to receive the delivery during regular business hours, or after-hours (if a local Saskatoon delivery). Any delays caused by incorrect/missing information will result in extra fees. We are not able to process orders with a delivery address of a Post Office Box. To avoid delayed deliveries due to uncontrollable weather conditions, and the busy Christmas season, please choose an early delivery date.

When placing an order for delivery to a Hospital , please ensure that you also provide us with a telephone number and address where the gift can be delivered should the patient be released from the hospital early. Deliveries to Intensive Care units need to be confirmed with the Department to be sure that the individual is able to accept deliveries. Please note that most hospitals will only accept foil balloons and not latex.

Due to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, "The Bioterrorism Act of 2002" , we will require 5-10 days advance notice to process appropriate paperwork prior to International shipments. A small surcharge will apply for all goods we ship internationally. This surcharge may be waived if you are placing a large order. If desired, we can locate a professional gift basket designer near your destination.

Delivery Schedules

* Balloon Bouquets or other Balloon Gifts are not available for hand delivery outside of Local Saskatoon.

All orders are designed and shipped in a prompt and timely manner. Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis and normally require 24 hours for processing and design. All advance orders are accepted. Our general policy is that all orders are shipped the next business day. If feasible, we make every effort to ship orders the same day if the order is placed prior to 11:30 a.m. CST.

We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time or day.

  • Saskatoon: Next business day or if feasible; same day
  • Saskatchewan, MajorCities in Alberta & Manitoba: Usually Overnight (Monday - Friday only)
  • Remote locations in Alberta & Manitoba: 1 to 2 business days       
  • Rest of Canada: 2 to 5 business days
  • United States and International Countries: 5+ business days

Hours of Local Saskatoon Delivery
Next-day local delivery is available Monday through Friday when order is placed before 3:30 p.m. CST. Delivery is available 6 days a week within local Saskatoon as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. C.S.T.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2p.m. C.S.T.

Please note we are closed on Sundays and most Statutory Holidays. However, in certain circumstances, delivery may be arranged on these days, additional charges apply.

Festive Season Delivery

-Avoid disappointment by placing your order(s) as early as possible during our demanding festive season (November-December), and to ensure best selection and timely delivery. Our suppliers run out of inventory during peak periods as well. Orders over $500.00 will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Balloon Decorating
At "Sky's The Limit ", we work with all budgets, big and small, one party at a time to create the perfect balloon decorations for your party or event. When you have a vision of your perfect event, but are not sure where to begin, let us assist you in planning the balloon décor for your spectacular event.

We make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items, product/supplier availability and seasonal difference. On occasion, items out of stock or unsuitable for delivery to outer areas will be substituted. Product substitutions will be chosen with equal or greater value, while maintaining our standard of choosing products of the highest quality. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement of your gift.

Sample Policy
Occasionally a company may require a sample gift basket prior to making their final decision for a large order. We understand that sample gifts are an important aspect in corporate decision making. We charge for all samples that are created and sent to you. If you decide to select the sample and proceed with your order, the amount paid for the sample will be credited against your final order.

STL believes in trust, privacy and respect in every regard. You can rest assured that your order and details are placed in the strictest confidence, and are not shared with any other company or person. Your particulars won't be used for any reasons other than order processing or periodic information updates from our company.

Canceling/Changing your Order
If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us at 306-244-2920. On orders of a single basket (shipped and not yet been delivered), you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping & handling costs. All orders of five baskets or more are subject to a cancellation fee of 40% once the order has commenced.   

Return Policy
Sky's The Limit is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. We are certain that our service will exceed your expectations and we commit to making your gift giving experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible.

We do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied with every gift purchased. We cannot return/exchange products soley because they are not commonly a product that the recipient enjoys. If any item falls short of your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. Any other kinds of non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient (excluding a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping/handling charges). Due to health and safety concerns, all merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging (unopened). Exchanges can be made within 5 working days of your receipt, with a pre-authorization from STL. Please contact us to obtain authorization.

Damage Product Policy
Our staff is well trained in package and shipping procedures. We want to ensure that your gift will arrive in perfect condition and that its presentation will dazzle the recipient. Should your gift be received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise, retaining all products and shipping materials. A claim would be filed with the carrier that delivered your gift. Shipping/handling fees and delivery costs are non-refundable. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items to secure your satisfaction. We reserve the right to request that a damaged item be returned to us prior to replacement. Please note that glass products are not guaranteed against breakage by Sky's The Limit or its carrier.
